10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities, offering paid training, experienced mentors, and top-tier equipment. This role is ideal for new drivers who hold a valid Class A CDL but do not yet have professional tractor-trailer experience. Drivers complete a structured training program alongside an experienced mentor before transitioning into steady regional freight, running no-touch drop-and-hook loads in new, fully equipped trucks.
Position Highlights:
- Paid training program: 4-6 weeks at $850 per week while riding with a mentor
- Assignment of your own truck upon completion of training
- Weekly pay averaging $1,600-$1,800+ after training, with additional earnings for safe driving and strong performance
- Regional routes with weekly home time
- Dry van freight, no-touch drop-and-hook
- Brand-new trucks equipped with the latest features and safety technology

Qualifications:
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license
