Registered Nurse (RN) - Admissions TeamTrustbridge Hospice, a proud member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Admissions Team serving Broward County. This is a meaningful opportunity for an RN who is passionate about guiding patients and families through one of life's most significant transitions with empathy, clarity, and dignity. You will work the following schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 7:30pm.Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care.
