Job Opportunity Position: PCU/MedSurg Float RN We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PCU/MedSurg Float Nurse. This position will require the nurse to float between the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) departments, providing essential patient care and support. Shift Information
- Schedule: Night Shift
- Hours: 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
- No Block Scheduling
- Every Other Weekend and Holiday Required
- Bed Capacity: 25 beds on each floor
- Patient Ratios:
- PCU: 5 patients per nurse
- MedSurg: 7 patients per nurse
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Experience with Meditech charting system is preferred
- Previous charge experience is a plus
- Start Date: ASAP
- This is a float position, requiring flexibility to work in both PCU and MedSurg departments.
