Responsibilities Drive sales and exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans. Embrace and promote Pandora’s brand culture as a brand ambassador. Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty. Build loyal fans through authentic engagement and lasting connections beyond transactions. Maintain merchandising standards and ensure smooth, on‑brand operations. Work a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs, including periods with few or no hours and increased availability during peak times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller who demonstrates a strong track record. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. Minimum age of 18; able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Reliable availability to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage. Compensation Hawaii: $16.00 per hour – $18.25 per hour commensurate with experience.
