The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Operating Room setting. This role involves working with a professional team to ensure optimal patient outcomes during surgical procedures.Unit Information\n \n Number of Beds: 7\n Staffing: 3 staff members per shift\n Day Shift: 1 RN and 2 CSTs\n Night Shift: No staffing requirements\n Patient Ratios: 4 to 5 cases per team\n On Call Requirement: 4 to 5 call days per month\n Floating Requirement: Staff may be shared between multiple locations within the region\n Qualifications\n \n Must Have:\n \n Experience as an RN Circulator with the ability to position patients, prep for surgery, and monitor equipment during procedures\n \n Preferred:\n \n At least 3 years of experience as a Circulator\n Experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with skills in Ortho, Plastics, and Podiatry\n \n Typical Procedures Performed\n \n Total Joint Procedures\n Hip Replacements\n Tibia and Fibula Surgeries\n Ankle and Foot Procedures\n Plastic Surgeries including Breast Reductions and Reconstructive Procedures\n Robotic Surgical Procedures including XI and DV5 techniques\n Ideal Candidate Profile\n The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to participate in trauma call as needed. Experience working as part of a cohesive team is essential.Additional Information\n All employees in surgical services possess extensive experience, with team members having been part of the unit for three years or more.
