Associate Interior Designer

Role Description We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Associate Interior Designer to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Principal and Senior Designers and be involved in all aspects of our residential projects. Responsibilities include: Leading and attending client meetings Oversee design work by Design Assistants Creating room layouts and elevation drawings Sourcing materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories Own projects start-to-finish Corresponding with vendors on custom pieces and pricing Leading project installations Filling the gaps wherever needed to help the team and our projects succeed Qualifications 2+ years in residential interior design or 5+ years in commercial interior design Proficiency in AutoCAD Superb communication skills (written and verbal) Extremely detail-oriented Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be assigned every task Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel as needed (less than 25%) Reliable transportation to client projects throughout the Austin area What We Offer Competitive pay Performance-based bonuses Generous Paid time off Retirement plan with company match A collaborative environment where you can make an impact and grow with the firm #J-18808-Ljbffr
