Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5 days/week | Expected 30 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Completion of an accredited Master's or Doctoral program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar clinical setting
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
