Retail Team Leader

Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) Location: 5000 South 7th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47802. Store Hours: Monday to Saturday 7AM‑7PM; Sunday 9AM‑6PM. Responsibilities Opening and closing the store. Assisting with daily store operations and tasks. Unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transferring from stockroom to store. Maintaining merchandise – product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, ensuring product quality. Providing exceptional customer service – building relationships, problem‑solving, and building sales. Cash handling – bank deposits, getting change for cashiers, setting and counting down registers. Helping to build and train the team – developing leadership skills while supervising sales associates in their duties. Qualifications 1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility. Physical requirements: ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, lifting above shoulder height frequently. Schedule availability: ability to work a flexible, full‑time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to safely operate power equipment such as slicers, walk‑lifts, and forklifts where applicable. Occasional response to alarm calls during non‑working hours and flexibility to work shifts at other local stores. Minimum age of 18 years (required). High‑school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills.
