What You'll Do:

• Provide personalized support tailored to each individual's needs, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, household chores, medical appointments, and community activities.
• Encourage and develop self-help skills to promote greater independence and confidence.
• Support medication management by administering prescribed medications safely, recording doses accurately, and monitoring for any reactions.
• Observe and promptly report behavioral, physical, or emotional changes to ensure timely intervention and continuous support.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of care plans, progress notes, and health records in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment by applying CPR and First Aid when needed.
• Respect participants' confidentiality and privacy, honoring their rights and dignity at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• No prior experience necessary-we provide comprehensive training, including CPR certification.
• Genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a commitment to fostering independence and inclusion.

• Sun-Thu, 2pm-9pm
