Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Qualifications Prior experience in the food service industry. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
