Strategic Property Manager - Community & Operations

Greystar seeks a Community Manager for an assigned Seattle property. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive financial and occupancy targets, and ensure compliance with company policies and federal housing laws. You will lead staff, manage leases, coordinate maintenance, prepare owner reports, and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
