We're a fast-moving, team-focused company specializing in medium- to heavy-duty fleet maintenance-and we're continuing to expand.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (7 days/week two openings)
• Second Shift: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM (MondayFriday one opening)
• Third Shift: 11:30 PM 8:00 AM (SundayThursday one opening)

Compensation & Perks:

• Earn up to $38/hour based on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses (up to $12,000 annually)

What You'll Do:

• Perform inspections and repairs on trailers
• Diagnose issues and complete maintenance efficiently
• Use digital tools to manage work orders and documentation
• Maintain safety and compliance standards on every job

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of trailer maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
