Operations Project Manager

Job Summary We're seeking an Operations Project Manager to join Central Operations as a strategic partner to the Sr. Director of Operations. This leadership role is ideal for a high‑performing individual who is ready to expand into project management, compliance oversight, and operational excellence. You'll lead acquisition and year‑end projects, audits (including SOC), M&A initiatives, and drive consistent processes across locations. Key Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional projects, delegate tasks, and ensure timely, accurate delivery Serve as subject‑matter expert for year‑end operations, shipping/billing, new‑hire reporting, and M&A Oversee SOC audits, compliance, and service bureau setups Maintain SOPs and report department metrics (monthly/quarterly/annual) Facilitate team meetings, remove roadblocks, and mentor staff Identify and implement process improvements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Administration, or Logistics Strong attention to detail, analytical problem‑solving, and ability to meet critical deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Dynamics) About Isolved isolated is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people‑first HCM (Human Capital Management) technology.
