Participating States Arizona, Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia Responsibilities & Qualifications Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations. Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients. Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors. Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
