Responsive RecruiterTalem Home Care is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of In Home Personal Care Providers in Whitefish Bay, WI and surrounding areas such as Fox Point, Shorewood, Glendale, Mequon and Brown Deer. As a Personal Care Provider, you'll provide unskilled personal care and household services for clients in their homes. You'll assist with household chores, personal hygiene, and provide companionship to ensure our clients' spaces are clean, safe, and organized.Qualifications:Valid driver's license or state ID and car insuranceAccess to a reliable automobile or public transportationCompletion of a twenty-hour training program or six months of personal care experience in a home care setting preferredWe offer:Flexible Schedule (part-time to full-time)Weekly Pay with Direct DepositDiscount ProgramsWarm, Friendly, Pressure-Free EnvironmentPhysical Requirements:Able to stand, kneel, bend at knees, and squat throughout the dayAbility to safely assist clients in and out of a vehicle and safely lift a wheelchair or walker weighing up to 50lbs into and out of a vehiclePhysical ability to lift and transfer clientsUse arms, legs, feet, hands, and fingers to assist clients with performing tasks of daily livingFrequently move the whole body to perform tasks such as lifting, light housekeeping, walking, and drivingSitting for long periods of timeAbility to see and hear well (naturally or with correction)At Talem Home Care, we're committed to empowering people to take control of their health, and we center our core values of community, family, team, and giving to support this commitment.
