We are seeking a skilled and dependable Make Ready Technician to help prepare apartment homes for new residents. What You'll Do As a Make Ready Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring vacant apartment homes are turned quickly and efficiently while meeting company quality standards. Essential Responsibilities Prepare vacant apartment homes for new move‑ins by completing all make‑ready tasks in a timely manner. Perform painting, drywall repairs, touch‑ups, cleaning, and minor carpentry work. Complete basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC repairs as needed. Replace fixtures, blinds, light bulbs, filters, and other apartment components. Inspect completed apartment homes to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report any additional maintenance needs or safety concerns. Maintain organized inventory of make‑ready supplies and materials. Assist with general maintenance requests and property upkeep as needed. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members. What We're Looking For Previous apartment maintenance or make‑ready experience preferred. Knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
