Job TitleResponsible for developing, maintaining, and evaluating the nursing research and evidence-based practice (EBP) program(s). Assists in ensuring nursing practices are evidence-based and nursing knowledge is generated through research. Acts as a leader, mentor, and coach and provide guidance for the development of resources and infrastructure for the nursing research and EBP programs. Works with shared governance councils, developing workflows and processes as needed to meet program needs.
