Senior Associate — The Senior Associate supports data collection, validation, and performance reporting within the Alternative Investment Administration Services team of State Street’s Alternative Investment Solutions group. Responsibilities Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc investment performance and underlying investment exposure reports for review by Officers. Perform ongoing quality-control checks to ensure data integrity for submission to Officers. Collaborate with the data collection team to research and resolve issues promptly. Collect outstanding financial information from clients’ investment managers. Assist management with new client conversions, system conversions, and special projects as required. Qualifications BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related discipline. 3–5 years of related experience. Private Equity or Alternative Investment exposure is a plus. Strong organizational, interpersonal and service-oriented skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Proficiency with web-based applications, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access. Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and ability to handle multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $52,000 – $84,760 annually (adjustable for non-primary locations).
