Motorcycle Technician

*Requirements of the Motorcycle Technician/Mechanic:*

* Motorcycle endorsement: 1 year and current license
* Formal training program such as or equivalent work experience
* Basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service our products
* Ability to effectively perform repairs properly the first time

*Responsibilities for Motorcycle Technician:*

* Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known
* Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory standards
* Complete quality repair work within the outlined time period
* Maintain productivity (time spent working on billable jobs) as close to 100% as possible.
* Notify management of work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customers may be contacted and notified
* Communicate with service advisor, and documenting repair work appropriately
* Test riding to ensure repair is complete and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain knowledge base through training and industry readings
* Keep work area clean and stay professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
