Great culture Relaxed environment Beautiful office located in Loop Good work is recognized- someone on the team was just promoted to Sr Billing Coordinator Cutting-edge law firm, very tech savvy Job Duties and Responsibilities: timely and accurate processing of client billing Maintains high level of service to internal and external clients while answering billing questions Distributes billing proformas through our paperless system and ensures that all proformas are submitted to the Billing Department. Processes invoices using e-billing systems, while maintaining e-billing database. Audits e-billing systems to match Elite 3E system. Manages billing book on client special requests, billing guidelines, attorneys' requests, etc. Provides instruction on billing procedures Qualifications: Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Advanced knowledge of fees and cost billing principles in a computerized environment. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. 2 + years experience in legal billing Strong attention to detail. Must respect confidentiality of client and firm records. Must possess a high degree of confidence and professional maturity and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. #INSEP2026 Compensation range: $65,000-85,000 depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
