We seek an experienced solution sales specialist with business expertise and technical skills to drive growth for our Finance, Procurement, and Legal Workflow solutions. This quota carrying sales role will partner with enterprise sales teams to identify opportunities, lead strategic discovery, demonstrate solutions, and close complex deals. Your dual expertise—part consultant, part seller—positions you to bridge technical capability and business value in ways that resonate with executive stakeholders.What You'll DoBuild and refine the qualification criteria, account strategy, sales motion, and the pitch.Build pipeline and generate revenue for Autonomous Finance, Procurement, and Legal Workflow solutions.Lead executive discovery sessions to uncover challenges and quantify AI value.Develop account strategies focused on customer transformation.Deliver impactful demonstrations and handle technical questions.Establish trusted relationships with executive sponsors and collaborate across teams.Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and workflow automation trends.What Makes You SuccessfulBalance executive presence with technical know-how.Simplify technology into clear business narratives.Thrive in ambiguous situations and solve complex problems.Prioritize high-impact opportunities.Work well in matrixed environments.QualificationsRequired Qualifications7+ years of enterprise software sales or consulting experience.Proven success selling complex SaaS, ERP, finance, legal, or AI solutions.Domain expertise in procurement, financial operations, contract management, or legal tech.Experience in overlay, matrixed, or specialized sales.Skilled at leading executive engagements and product demonstrations.Strong executive communication and organizational skills.Willingness to travelPreferred QualificationsFor positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $113700-$187600 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.Experience selling or working with AI platforms and intelligent automation.Familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Ariba, Coupa, etc.Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture.Active use of AI tools.MBA or equivalent work experience.Additional InformationServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
