Office Manager – Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces.

This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting financial performance, leading office staff, and helping create a positive, patient-focused culture throughout the practice.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or practice management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare or dental management experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front and back office operations.
• Lead, support, and develop office staff.
• Manage onboarding, training, and employee performance.
• Help drive patient satisfaction, team engagement, and practice growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and support departments to achieve practice goals.
