Travel Nursing Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250–$2,370 Location: Cleveland, Ohio Healthcare Setting: Medical-Surgical Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele) Schedule: 36 hours per week; 3 shifts per week Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts Shift Times: Days, approximately 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.; nights, approximately 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Start Date: October 23, 2026 Assignment Length: 13 weeks, ending January 22, 2027 Work Arrangement: On-site travel nursing assignment Scheduling Note: Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs, with efforts made to honor preferred shifts. Travel Registered Nurse Job Requirements At least 1 year of recent permanent experience as a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or an active compact-state license in hand Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Ability to provide one recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director within the specialty Successful completion of required orientation assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication-safety testing Willingness to float to comparable units, including emergency care areas, while caring for the same patient population Availability to work at least every other holiday during the assignment Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms, identify changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns promptly Administer medications and treatments safely while following established clinical standards Complete patient assessments, care plans, clinical documentation, and patient education Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate individualized patient care Provide safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and timely communication Adapt to rotating day and night assignments and support patient care across designated float areas Apply now for this Med/Surg Telemetry travel RN opportunity in Cleveland, Ohio, and take the next step in your travel nursing career.
