Business Operations Manager

yasp is pioneering the future of software development with a compiler that leverages agentic AI for advanced optimization and code generation. yasp is growing quickly and we are looking for a Business Operations Manager to help the organization advance with speed, and clarity. This role exists to turn leadership decisions into execution and ensure the company moves forward as a system that scales. This is an execution-first role. You will work closely with the Operations and Finance Director and the CEO, receive guidance and context, and own follow-through, coordination, and organizational momentum. What You’ll Do Translate leadership decisions into clear actions and timelines Own the operating cadence including planning cycles, check-ins, and follow-ups Coordinate execution across business and technical teams Identify bottlenecks, risks, and misalignment early and surface them clearly Drive cross-functional initiatives that do not belong to a single team Reduce friction and ensure priorities move forward week over week What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a startup role Master's degree required Strong execution and organizational skills Comfort working with ambiguity and receiving guidanceClear communicator who follows through Perks and Benefits Opportunities for professional development and growth Dynamic and collaborative work environment Cutting-edge software and hardware platforms Ownership & Autonomy We give you the space to lead, experiment, and make decisions; we don't micromanage.
