Overview

Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatologist to join our growing practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood Hospital.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Neonatologist who wants to be a part of a stable, collaborative, and cohesive group of Neonatologists and NNPs.

• 24-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babies.

• Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year.

• A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs.

• 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night.

• Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

• Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.

• Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team.

• Active research program involved in multiple active clinical trials and multi-site collaborations.

• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
