Customer Service Representative
Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting internal teams and customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mishawaka, IN
Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (overtime as needed)
What's the Job?
- Enter and manage customer orders including stock, extrusion, and replenishment
- Support accounting, quality control, sales, and production teams
- Assist with inventory control and tracking materials and shipments
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and external processors
- Help customers with questions, tracking, pricing, and return procedures
What's Needed?
- Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Epics, Oracle, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong computer skills and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable work ethic with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
