Litigation Associate

Litigation Associate Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a reputable Pittsburgh-area law firm to identify a Litigation Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join its growing practice north of the city. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering strong mentorship, hands-on litigation experience, and long-term growth potential. Responsibilities include managing litigation matters from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence, conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, attending court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, assisting with trial preparation and strategy, maintaining organized case files, and meeting litigation deadlines. Qualifications include 1–4 years of litigation experience preferred, Pennsylvania Bar admission required, strong writing, research, and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, experience with civil litigation matters preferred, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused professional.
