Veterinarian – Eugene, OR
High quality multi-doctor small animal veterinary practice serving the Eugene, OR area is adding a doctor and has an immediate position open for a veterinarian. The practice is well regarded, maintained and successful and provides outstanding customer service and quality care to clients. The practice focuses on gentle care for its clients and pets. New grads welcome to apply – mentorship available.
We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian for a 4 week day + 2 half Saturdays per month.
The doctor will build rapport with clients and determine their needs and wishes; perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures in a way that will deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort. The veterinarian will maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols; assist colleagues in follow-up and future management of the patient. The doctor will stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine and attend continuing education meetings.
Qualifications include a licensed veterinarian in the state of Oregon with the ability to handle the position.
- DVM/VMD/Equivalent Veterinary degree from an accredited institution. Licensure in the state of Oregon
- Good Collaborative and communication skills
Compensation

- CE, paid licenses and dues (organizational, PLIT).
