Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible neurologist Work four or four and a half days per week Join a highly productive and skilled neurologist Work out of the main location, as well as, several outreach clinic sites Reason for need: meet clinical demands for services, build a neurology service line Provide office based general neurology services to new and established patients Ages 16 Prefer candidates have prior experience (at least 2-5 years) in broad spectrum of general neurology. Selected new graduates from residency or fellowship training may be eligible. Prior experience in a small hospital or CAH desired. Must be comfortable with rural nature of practice/hospital Special clinical interests/expertise to complement those of current neurologist and expand scope of services to our region. For example, clinical interests/expertise in one or more of the following: headaches, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, extrapyramidal syndrome, stroke, epilepsy, dementia, and EEG’s. Ability to interpret EEG studies desirable but not required. Does not need ability to perform or interpret NCS/EMG studies Ability to perform Botox injections desirable but not required. Team oriented, collaborative, and patient focused. High level of customer service (patient satisfaction) is expected.
