A well-established urology group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to support continued growth and rising patient demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative specialty team while maintaining autonomy in patient care.

Position Highlights Full-time Physician Assistant opportunity Established private urology practice Monday-Friday schedule Independent clinic with established follow-up patients Hospital rounding responsibilities Shared weekend call rotation Additional compensation for call coverage Dedicated MA and scribe support Strong physician collaboration and mentorship Responsibilities Manage established urology patients Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing treatment management Participate in hospital rounding and care coordination Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care Collaborate closely with urologists on treatment plans Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Eligible for or currently holding PA licensure Strong clinical and communication skills Interest in urology, surgery, or specialty care preferred This opportunity offers a supportive team environment, professional growth, and the ability to develop expertise in a highly sought-after surgical specialty.
