Job Description We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting Roche Tissue Diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer-facing sales or telemarketing and a proven ability to generate revenue, maximize sales growth, and advance opportunities through effective account planning and execution. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales goals. Create and deliver differentiating messages and quantifiable economic value to position Roche products and services. Overcome objections, negotiate, and close sales. Uncover and qualify sales leads to drive Salesforce funnel growth. Provide ongoing account support and execute programs and campaigns to meet customer and company needs. Maintain timely, complete, and accurate customer data in Salesforce. Leverage SAP, Salesforce.com, Agiloft, and Tableau to manage pipeline and operations. Create sales and service amendments and contracts to ensure timely coverage and close. Generate warm leads using provided talk tracks and customer lists. Collaborate with field sales and travel up to 10% as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a science-based or related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, technical sales, or related roles. Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce.com, Excel, and Outlook. Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills with the ability to meet or exceed quota. Excellent oral and written communication with high attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a self-starter mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a matrixed, regulated environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences sales. Familiarity with Agiloft and Tableau for contract and analytics workflows. Schedule, Work Model, and Compensation: 1st shift. Hybrid schedule with Monday and Friday WFM.
