Focus on translating commercial business needs into technical requirements, validating model outputs, and ensuring strategic alignment with regulatory and market realities. What you will do Act as the primary functional interface between Germany commercial teams and analytics/AI development teams. Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize analytics use cases related to launch excellence and patient journeys. Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specs for Data Scientists working on ML, GenAI, and RAG. Provide expert‑level functional guidance on the German oncology market, HCP targeting, and competitive landscapes. Validate analytics model outputs to ensure they remain actionable, interpretable, and aligned with commercial objectives. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the analytics delivery lifecycle. Requirements 10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting, commercial excellence, or analytics enablement. Deep expertise in the German pharmaceutical market and oncology commercial models. Proven understanding of Radioligand Therapy (RLT) dynamics and patient pathways. Strong experience translating business questions into analytical requirements for Data Science teams. Conceptual proficiency in machine learning, generative AI, and data analytics pipelines. Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to serve as a trusted advisor to global pharma clients.
