Senior Data Quality Engineer

Owning the accuracy and compliance of healthcare data, the full-time remote Senior Data Quality Engineer will architect automated testing frameworks, lead data validation strategies, and mentor junior QA engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality datasets for health plan clients. Key responsibilities Architect and maintain automated data quality validation frameworks, including anomaly detection and monitoring Lead the design and implementation of automated test strategies for complex healthcare data pipelines Conduct root cause analysis on data quality defects and drive systemic process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field 6-8+ years of experience in Data Quality Engineering and Data Engineering, particularly in healthcare technology Expert-level SQL skills for data manipulation, validation, and profiling Strong automation scripting expertise in Python or Java Experience with cloud computing environments such as AWS and Databricks in production settings
