Como Enfermera Practicante, examinarás a niños y jóvenes, abordarás tanto problemas menores como mayores, marcarás el crecimiento y el progreso, y solicitarás pruebas. También asesorarás a los tutores sobre las mejores prácticas de salud y bienestar, prescribirá medicamentos y derivará a los pacientes a especialistas según sea necesario. El candidato ideal tiene un excelente trato con los pacientes, especialmente con los niños, fuertes habilidades de comunicación y la capacidad de trabajar bien tanto en equipo como de forma independiente. Responsabilidades Examinar a los pacientes jóvenes para determinar las necesidades de atención Pide pruebas, lee resultados y ofrece diagnósticos Prescribir medicamentos, educar a los pacientes y sus familias sobre los efectos secundarios y las enfermedades, y asesorarles sobre el mejor curso de acción para promover la salud y el bienestar Mantener un excelente historial de atención de todos los pacientes atendidos Llamada: una noche a la semana y un fin de semana al mes El puesto puede ser a tiempo parcial o completo (a tiempo completo cuatro días a la semana) Cualificaciones Debe poseer la licencia estatal vigente para ejercer la medicina Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales Se desea familiaridad con el software médico Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas en cuanto a pruebas y estándares diagnósticos La capacidad de mantener el más alto nivel de confidencialidad y profesionalidad en el lugar de trabajo #J-18808-Ljbffr Kingstown Pediatrics Inc
