About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years License: Active RN license in Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Med Surg/Telemetry experience - IV insertion Description: Providing quality health care for over 60 years. Employs more than 1,000 employees and 300 physicians. Fully accredited and governed by a local board of trustees. The facility is a 167-bed healthcare center with Level III Trauma Center status. State-specific checks are required for all clinical staff. All staff on assignment must be checked against the abuse registry. Results are required prior to the assignment start date. The unit serves all ages of patients, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric. Weekly guaranteed hours are 36. Weekend work is required every other week or as needed. Call requirements may be as needed. This role may require floating to similar Med Surg units. The environment supports a professional personality fit. Dress code includes any scrubs, with casual wear being unacceptable.
