Pediatric Nursing Opportunity in Rockford, IL

Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 nursing care for a young child in Rockford, Illinois.

This full-time day shift opportunity allows you to focus on one child, build a meaningful relationship with their family, and provide the attentive care they deserve.

What You'll Do

As your patient's 1:1 nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care while supporting their comfort, safety, and daily routines.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing nursing care as ordered
Medication administration and treatments
Monitoring your patient's condition throughout the shift
Following the individualized plan of care
Communicating with the family and Castor clinical team
Completing required nursing documentation
Providing compassionate, age-appropriate care

What You'll Need

Active Illinois RN or LPN license

CPR certification or willingness to obtain

Strong assessment and communication skills

A dependable and compassionate approach to care

Comfort working one-on-one with a young pediatric patient

Pay & Benefits

LPN: Starting at $30+/hour
