We are a closed-door specialty pharmacy dedicated to serving patients with complex, chronic, and rare conditions. We partner with providers, payers, and manufacturers to deliver high-touch pharmaceutical care, specialty medication dispensing, and clinical support services — without the retail foot traffic. We're looking for a hands-on Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy operations, ensure full regulatory compliance, and help us continue delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Position Summary
The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) will hold full legal and operational responsibility for the pharmacy's compliance with state and federal pharmacy law, oversee day-to-day dispensing operations, and lead a team of staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a specialty pharmacy setting and wants ownership over both clinical quality and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted New York Pharmacist license
Eligible to serve as Supervising Pharmacist
Closed door pharmacy and retail pharmacy experience preferred
Strong leadership and compliance mindset
