We are seeking a talented and patient-focused Aesthetic Injector (NP, PA, or RN) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced injector who is passionate about helping clients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results.
Position Overview

The Aesthetic Injector will perform cosmetic injectable treatments, conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and provide an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, an artistic eye, and a commitment to safety and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, Xeomin®, and dermal fillers.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Stay current on aesthetic trends, products, and advanced injection techniques.
• Assist with promoting practice services, memberships, and skincare products.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State] .
• Minimum of [1-2]+ years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred.
• Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Strong facial anatomy knowledge and excellent injection technique.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with biostimulators (Sculptra®, Radiesse®), PRP/PRF, microneedling, laser treatments, or other aesthetic procedures.
• Existing patient following is a plus.
• Strong consultation, treatment planning, and sales abilities.
• Passion for continuing education and staying current with industry advancements.
