Position Overview
Legal Search Solutions is conducting a confidential search for a Probate & Estate Planning Attorney with a minimum of three years of relevant experience and an LL.M. in Taxation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate administration, and tax-related estate matters, with the ability to independently manage client relationships and complex legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Handle probate and trust administration matters, including court filings, estate distributions, and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax considerations.
- Develop tax-efficient estate planning strategies for individuals and families.
- Counsel personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries regarding estate and trust matters.
- Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals on sophisticated estate planning strategies.
- Manage matters independently while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- LL.M. in Taxation required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate, estate planning, or trusts and estates.
- Strong drafting, research, analytical, and client counseling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Florida Bar membership preferred, subject to confirmation.

A detail-oriented attorney who combines technical tax knowledge with practical estate planning and probate experience. The successful candidate will be comfortable advising clients on sensitive family and financial matters and providing thoughtful, strategic legal counsel.
