What you'll do

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Follow each resident's care plan and document the care you give
• Do regular rounds so every resident gets steady, personal attention
• Help residents at mealtimes and with walking, transfers, and equipment
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the nurse
• Share what each resident likes so the whole team can give better care

What you'll need
Required:

• Active New Jersey CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 18 or older

Preferred:

• Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting. New CNAs are welcome to apply.

Pay

• $23.00 to $25.55 per hour, based on experience
• Evening shift differential: $2.00/hr
• Weekend shift differential: $1.50/hr
