Job Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.39 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM | Thu 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM | Sat 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM | Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observations and actions taken according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and assist with visitor and vehicle traffic flow, policy questions, and other security-related concerns across the location. Support campus operations by documenting incidents, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and following post orders for assigned duties. Minimum Requirements A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
