Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packaging Associate to join their team. As a Packaging Associate, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient packaging and shipment of products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Associate

Location: Saint Peters, MO

Pay Range: All associates eligible for $0.50/hr increase at 90 days followed by an additional $0.50/hr increase at 6 months

Shift:
1st shift - Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM -$16.80/hr
Hybrid shift - Monday- Friday 11:00AM - 7:30PM - $17.80/hr 
2nd shift - Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 11:30PM - $18.80/hr 
4-10 shift - Thursday - Sunday 6:00AM - 4:30PM - $20.80/hr 

What's the Job?

• Assembling products and preparing them for shipment
• Performing packaging line tasks efficiently and accurately
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Stacking and palatizing products for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level position with room for growth
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Background and drug screening required
