A custodian supervisor manages a cleaning team, assigns daily tasks, and inspects facilities to maintain high safety and cleanliness standards . Core duties include training staff, managing supply inventories, and handling work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Assign work shifts, train new custodians, track attendance, and evaluate employee performance.
- Facility Inspections: Check buildings regularly to ensure cleaning standards are met and report maintenance or repair needs.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies and equipment, and order new items when needed
