Positions Moving Crew Leaders (Foremen/Drivers) Description: Crew Leaders is responsible for: Leading crews Hiring team members Training new hires Making sure that all jobs are done on time, fast, professionally and in a safe manner Friendly and effective communications with customers Managing paperwork and payments Driving trucks Packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, de-assembling and assembling Requirements: Previous experience in a moving industry Clean and valid driver’s license with no restrictions Previous truck driving experience (non CDL 26 ft box) Prior experience in driving to other states, understand interstate moving industry regulation Ability to lift heavy items (at least 80 lbs. / 120 lbs. with assistance) and carry them long distance, up and down Moving Crew Member Must have reliable transportation and be on time to work High School Diploma or GED Strong customer service and communications skills Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays Moving Crew Members (Movers) Description: Crew Member is responsible for: Packing and unpacking household or office items Prepare furniture and equipment for a move (wrap in pads or other supporting materials) De-assemble and re-assemble furniture Maintain positive customer relationship Load and unload truck, containers, materials or products Requirements: Previous experience in a moving industry is a plus Ability to lift heavy items (at least 80 lbs. / 120 lbs. with assistance) and carry them long distance, up and down Must have reliable transportation and be on time to work High School Diploma or GED Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays Sales Professional Description: Sales professional is responsible for: Driving to customers for onsite estimates Making accurate estimates of time and material Signing moving or painting contracts Friendly and effective communications with customers Making calls Participating in networking events to promote brand and find new clients Requirements: Previous experience in a moving industry is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Strong negotiations skills Computer skills Sales experience Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays Experienced Painter Description: Painter is responsible for: Painting function: Remove of old paint and prepare surface for painting (wash, scrape, sand, smooth and prime interior and exterior surfaces) Fill nail holes, cracks, joints, place caulks Apply protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimming and fixtures of buildings and other structures Install and repair drywalls, wall texturing and ceiling acoustic texturing Able to apply paint coatings with airless sprayers, conventional pressure pot applications and cup gun applications Ability to spray airless zolatone is a plus Ability to apply wood stains and natural wood finishes is a plus Understand Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements for cleaning and disposing paint Keep work area and paint mixing area clean at all times Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for the painting process Maintain positive customer relationship Evaluate customer requests, price projects Requirements: 3years previous experience in a painting industry, commercial painting is a plus Strong customer service and communications skills Valid driver’s license Requires frequent reaching above shoulder level, climbing, kneeling, bending, and continuous standing Strong communications skills Available to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends and holidays Residential and Commercial Cleaner (Housekeeper) Description: Cleaner is responsible for: General cleaning function: Clean (wash, dust, vacuum, clean, polish, wax) houses with variety of chemicals and machines Wash cloth and linens, replace linens on beds, make up beds Organize wardrobe Clean up after pets Remove trash Ensuring that highest cleanliness standards are met Maintain positive customer relationship Requirements: Previous experience in a residential and commercial cleaning industry is a plus Focus to details Strong customer service and communications skills Ability to lift, bend, move heavy equipment; remain on one's feet for extended periods of time Good communications skills Valid driver’s license is a plus Available to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends and holidays High School Diploma or GED #J-18808-Ljbffr
