Marketing SpecialistRing-O-Matic is hiring a Marketing Specialist at our Pella, Iowa location. The Marketing Specialist supports the sales and marketing team by planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, coordinating events, and managing digital marketing initiatives to strengthen the Ring-O-Matic and Super Products brands.Report to: Sales and MarketingLocation: On-site in Pella, IowaCompany: Ring-O-Matic, LLCFLSA Status: Non-ExemptRing-O-Matic serves the Underground Construction, HDD, Water & Sewer, Municipal, and Carwash markets with trailer mounted units and custom truck mount units. With a product line known for proven performance, reliability, and ease-of-use, it's the ultimate choice for soft dig applications and fluid management.Position Overview:The Marketing Specialist assists the sales and marketing team in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple brands within the vacuum excavation business unit, including Ring-O-Matic and Super Products. Key contributor to the development of marketing strategies, coordinate promotional activities, and ensure effective communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment while successfully managing projects independently.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Coordination:Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and digital content.Content Creation:Support the creation and editing of marketing content including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases.Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.Digital Marketing:Help manage the organization's digital presence, including website updates, social media accounts, and online advertising campaigns.Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to optimize performance.Event Coordination:Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials for events.Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media analytics platforms.Prepare regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent experience.3-5 experience in marketing sales support or similar roles.Graphic design skills within Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, is preferred.Experience with data analysis and proficiency in marketing analytics tool is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for different platforms and audiences.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously adapting to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, take ownership of projects.Domestic travel, approximately 5% of the time to support trade shows, events or other marketing activities.
