Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a senior retail leader to partner with the GM or AGM and serve as a trusted advisor for store staff. The role focuses on developing and maintaining staff selling and service skills, driving daily operations, monitoring sales targets, and fostering client relationships. Employees will set clear goals, hold teams accountable, and build a world‑class talent team that delivers an exceptional retail experience. Responsibilities As a critical leadership partner to the GM/AGM and a trusted advisor to store staff, you will develop and maintain staff selling and service skills, drive day‑to‑day operations, set clear goals and expectations, and hold your team accountable to high standards of excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (business or fashion related discipline an advantage) 2‑4 years of management experience in a luxury or service‑driven environment Prior manager experience preferred Proven track record of business results Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts Occasional overnight travel possible Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform required movements Compensation Hourly wage range: $22.00 – $27.00 USD. Pay will be based on experience and location.
