Savor the Moment Dessert Bar is hiring immediately for a dependable, energetic team member to work primarily in our dessert preparation station.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position responsible for preparing and beautifully presenting desserts while helping us provide the warm, attentive service our guests expect. The right person will be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and focused during busy shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, assemble, garnish, and plate desserts according to Savor the Moment’s recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain speed, accuracy, portion consistency, and a clean presentation
• Keep the dessert station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Monitor product levels and communicate low-stock items before they run out
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures
• Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders
• Support the front-of-house team and interact warmly with guests when needed
• Complete opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning responsibilities
• Follow direction from shift leaders and respond professionally to feedback
• Help create the exceptional guest experience Savor the Moment is known for

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant, bakery, dessert, café, or food-preparation experience is strongly preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work at the scheduled start time
• Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality or cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Comfortable working as part of a team and communicating clearly
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
• Reliable transportation is required
