Technician, General Pharmacy

Cencora seeks a pharmacy technician to support pharmacy operations in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role involves processing orders, maintaining records, managing inventory coordination, and resolving routine issues while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Process orders, review documentation, and support transaction activities for workflow continuity
Maintain pharmacy records, service documentation, and data accuracy for audit readiness
Monitor inventory support, supply movement, and material availability
Resolve routine operational issues and escalate complex exceptions appropriately
Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements and support patient and customer needs

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare operations experience
Pharmacy technician certification or related credential preferred
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and data entry
Experience with inventory management and medication handling
