Job Description Job Description HVAC Technician & Lead Installer B&B Cool Air - Fort Myers, FL B&B Cool Air is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer / Technician for year-round work in Fort Myers. We're looking for a pro who excels in residential change-outs and ductwork. Experience in Commercial or Refrigeration is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. The Package * Pay: $25-$35/hr + Install Bonuses ( $75k-$90k avg. annual ) * Gear: New take-home box truck (with lift gate), fuel card, iPhone, and iPad. * Tools: Large tools provided + an expense account program for your personal tools. * Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Manufacturer Training. * Stability: Steady, year-round work—no "slow season." What You Bring * 3-5 years of HVAC installation/service experience. * Skillset: Expert in residential change-outs, duct board, plenums, and transitions. * Professionalism: Clean work, leadership skills, and a positive attitude. Requirements * Clean Driving Record & Background Check. * Must pass a Drug Test. * Located in or near Fort Myers, FL.
