Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will involve a variety of clinical tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting both individual and family therapy sessions, focusing on relational dynamics and individual concerns.

• Building therapeutic alliances with clients to address diverse issues such as familial conflicts, grief and loss, substance abuse, and psychological distress.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored for each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices with fellow clinicians.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential clinical documentation in line with professional and organizational standards.

Your primary focus will be working with couples and families addressing complex dynamics and mental health issues. Typical client concerns may include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
